JULY/AUGUST we can only accommodate 7 night stays (Monday to Monday).

Otherwise, 3 night minimum stay. We do our best to accommodate your requested dates.

*Premium Weekends costs differ.

 

* $1000 security deposit + 50% rental fee is required to book your rental. Balance due two weeks prior to check-in. Security Deposit is returned within 7 days after check-out if the cottage is returned in the same condition as when guests arrived.

*Any damage to the property grounds including but not limited to cutting down or pruning of trees for burning forfeits any and all deposit(s).

CANCELLATIONS:

50% refund up until 2 weeks prior to arrival, 14 days prior

 

Example

For a 50% refund, cancellation must be made fourteen (14) full days prior to listing’s local check in time on the day of check in, otherwise no refund will be issued. 

If the guest cancels less than 14 days in advance, the nights not spent are not refunded.

If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, the nights not spent are not refunded.
